Professionals and researchers in the health field.
This course consists of three consecutive levels, each lasting 8 weeks. The levels can be completed consecutively or specifically selected since each addresses specific objectives. The course includes weekly online and asynchronous classes, written activities, and three synchronous sessions or defined videoconference spaces (via Zoom). Upon completion and approval of each level, a digital certification is awarded.
Through this course, you will learn about the narrative organization of texts in English by identifying relevant academic vocabulary. You will develop fluency in reading and understanding scientific articles by employing textual analysis strategies within an interpretative framework. Upon completing this course, you will write an abstract in English.
This course is divided into three consecutive and individual levels. You can decide at which level to begin. Each level consists of 2 modules, covering a total duration of 8 weeks. Each module comprises asynchronous weekly classes accessible through the virtual campus. You will do a written assignment after each class. To end this course, you will submit a final integrative work that will portray what you have done each week. This process includes approximately three synchronous sessions or defined videoconference spaces (via Zoom), which are announced in advance and aim to facilitate communication among participants in a relaxed and collaborative environment. Upon completing each level, you will receive a digital certification recognizing your completion and approval of the course.
